It was a magical, literally indescribable journey back to the roots. The Amazonian djungle.
+1 week without internet, civilization, only surrounded by pristine rain forest and guest to indigenous communities, who adopted us as family… an experience beyond concepts: timeless, connected, simple, precious, free and soo alive ❤️ what a powerful and peaceful teaching and reminder of who we truly are and what life is about.

This tree is +500 years old and sacred to the indigenous nation Achuar, which we had the privilege to be their guests. We mediated at his feet, which was a truly magnificent experience.

Important: Don't believe me or anyone for that matter! They key to empowerment is to find truth yourself. Be critical, but not overly critical. Build hypothesis, gather holistic information, test and evaluate. And take responsibility for your own life and follow your true Self, not blindly any guru, teacher or authority. By giving responsibility and power to others, you just confirm to yourself that you are powerless.
